We know that we are born into a cycle. Birth, life, death, rebirth.

We are pure potential. We can BE and DO what we believe we can…yet nothing is promised.

It would seem that parents should pass before their children and we should all go in our sleep in very advanced old age. Yet seemingly out of cycle things happen and we face loss at many spins of the wheel.

Take heart. Know that nothing is wasted. Life is truly a gift and the very truth is that none know how long they have in this particular life they are living.

We may have eternity as cosmic souls but “who” we are experienced as and how we experience others, changes.

You may never be prepared for sudden loss, so say your “I love your” and dance and sing and BE and DO now.

Life is a GIFT. Revel in its potential. Exist in its capacity for LOVE & EXPRESSION.
