Situations test our limits, deepen our awareness and compassion for ourselves and others, invite us to create boundaries and to ask for what we need. Yes, all very uncomfortable stuff.

The truth is that many of us have to be “really” uncomfortable to actually take an action. Creating ease is not about not working, laying back with drinks and kissing all day long. It can be about embracing change and growth in a way that allows us to flow rather than fight it.

If you want more communication, GIVE more communication.
If you want more love, give more LOVE.
If you want SUPPORT, don’t be afraid to ASK for it.
If one avenue closes, don’t stand there weeping too long…give thanks and know there is a reason. Turn around for there is another opening before you!
